I discovered the brand during our trip to Tuscany. At the time, I purchased a bag and a wallet, and I am absolutely delighted with both. They are beautifully made, high-quality products. That’s why I felt confident ordering online from the new collection as well. Once again, I was not disappointed. The bag is incredibly beautiful in person, too. It looks exactly as it does in the photos and matches the description on the website perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend this brand. Excellent quality at a fair price, combined with fast delivery.

My wife had her wallet stolen recently- it was the wallet we had with a matching purse bought in Tuscany. I was able to upload a picture of the purse to you and you were able to find the matching wallet- ordered it and it arrived very quickly. Excellent service, perfect outcome except for one issue- the color of the wallet is slightly lighter than the original. I assume the colors vary over time and this can’t be helped.

The bag is lovely, if the dimensions were not accurate. But the website didn't have an option for Canadian customers. The "North/South America" option took me to the US site. The US site promises "Fast worldwide shipping - Cuoieria Fiorentina covers all customs fees for US orders." I hoped that since this was the only option for "North America," customs fees would be covered for Canada, too. But I had to pay a hefty fee for my delivery.
