Everything went smooth. For the delivery price I expected it faster but I do give props to the quality materials and especially the sewing quality. Really exceptional. As for the design - as good as expected, even better

Ordering the shoes was easy. Delivery took a few days. The box of shoes was well received. The only downside: the laces were stained light brown by the color of the inside of the shoes. I just replaced those laces myself with new ones.

Come sempre il sito è molto chiaro e di facile consultazione per scegliere gli articoli. Anche l'acquisto e il pagamento sono molto comodi e rapidi. Unica cosa non ho capito perchè questa volta per due paia si scarpe sono state fatte due spedizioni.

To Whom It May Concern, I have been a loyal Diadora customer since 2020 and have always enjoyed your shoes and the positive experiences I’ve had with your company. In my most recent order of three pairs of shoes, one box was labeled size 11.5, but the shoes inside were size 11. After contacting customer service, I was asked to take and email several photos. While I complied, I felt this created an unnecessary inconvenience, particularly given my purchase history with Diadora. I have since returned the incorrect pair to your return address using the return label provided. I also sent a follow-up email requesting the next steps but have not received a resolution. I would appreciate it if Diadora could now ship the correct size 11.5 as an even exchange, rather than requiring me to wait for the return to be processed and then repurchase the shoes. I value the Diadora brand and hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Sincerely

Had an issue with Klarna not registering the initial order but Diadora CS kept in touch and assured me the failed transaction did not go through. I was able to reorder although my first choice style and size was not available but that was a risk with sales items anyway. Great job by Diadora keeping me updated.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes in size 9.5. One pair was fine..The other was shipped in size 9 ( too small). I merely want to exchange the wrong size shoes for the correct size. I made several calls to the customer service phone and was advised to send an email to customer service. I sent2 such emails and have heard nothing back form them. I now have a pair of shoes I cannot wear. All I want is to be able to exchange the wrong size. NO REPLY TERRIBLE EXPERIANCE After submitting this review, I was suddenly contacted by the merchant who approved a return but not an exchange. I questioned this and they then offered a 20% discount on my next purchase

"These are the only sports sneakers I wear. First, they genuinely accommodate wide feet. Second, and equally important, the quality is outstanding. Third, they look amazing—like glossy candy. Lastly, I've had nothing but great experiences with the Diadora team and have never even needed to contact customer service.
