I had a great experience with Eredi Jovon Jewelry. Marco was very responsive to my email inquiries in regards to the size of my coral bracelet in terms of bead size and length. Although my last email asking about some customization was unanswered, I decided on the standard bracelet. I received it very quickly for international shipping. It is a beautiful piece - the beads are high quality and a nice color and the length is what we had discussed. I highly recommend Eredi Jovon for their service and jewelry!!

We met the brothers in Venice recently. They had beautiful jewelry and treated us like family. I got a gold ring with Hercules and a Lion carved in the stone. When we returned home I ordered my wife intaglio earrings and a complimentary pendant. Thank you for your great service!

Orecchini cammeo molto belli, pensavo fossero più grandi. Sarebbe utile inserire una foto reale, sul sito interenet, per ogni grandezza così da andare a colpo sicuro. Servizio clienti molto gentile. Grazie!

I placed an order for the first time—a fairly large one—but, unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I had even specified in the order comments just how important this particular item was to me. Two weeks later, I was left deeply disappointed by what I received: the chain did not match the photograph, nor did it meet the specific requirements I had highlighted. Changes had been made without any prior warning; I was only confronted with these alterations upon receiving the item I had already paid for. When I asked to be sent the exact piece I had ordered, I was told that this item has not been in production for two years now. I placed the order hoping for the best, but instead, this is what happened...

My triple cameo ring is absolutely beautiful….even better than expected! Packaging was very secure and I received it so quickly. I received regular updates along the way and got my package right on time. I couldn’t be happier with this shopping experience.

This is a second ordered piece I have purchased The quality is beautiful. I purchased a gold chain and a gold cornicello just a suggestion the presentation box could have been better . The chain was knotted around the pendant because it is a too small of a jewelry box. Diane- usa

Last year when I was in Italy, I bought a beautiful coin bracelet and have been searching for a similar necklace pendant. I finally found it online at Eredi Jovon Jewelry. I was hesitant to buy internationally; however, the process was very easy and went smoothly. I received continuous updates from both the shipping company and the jewelry store. My pendant arrived and it was exactly what I wanted. Beautiful craftsmanship, excellent packaging and looked exactly as pictured. Absolutely in love with it and would strongly recommend Eredi Jovon Jewelry. The only thing I would advise is there are extra costs from the shipping company and duty fees that I was unaware of, but now I know it is to be expected. Thank you for my beautiful pendant.
