Creating my bracelet was straightforward and easy enough because there is a template, but you really should measure your wrist. You should also remember that there are links that it can be overwhelming but that's what makes it fun - choose wisely if you're on a budget as it gets expensive. Remember, you can add! Make it meaningful with links that remind of you of special things/places. The finished product was delivered to me in the U.S. from Florence via DHL and was exactly what I expected quality-wise. I needed customer service and will say that they were responsive, helpful, accommodating, and courteous.
