I ordered a 'create a bracelet' and I am quite impressed with it. I love the idea more charms can be purchased. I was sceptical so only got 2 charms but will most definitely be getting more. It's gift which is yet to be gifted so can't upload a picture. It would be nice if the product is shipped with instructions on how to add or remove the links as I had to search to change the arrangement.

I recently bought a Nomination bracelet, but unfortunately it pulls and catches the hair on my husband’s wrist, which makes it uncomfortable for him to wear. I wanted to share this feedback as the bracelet looks nice, but this issue affects its usability.

Bracelet is hard to detach and reattach charms with dexterity issues. Please include the tool with orders. Please offer the ability to buy blue charms to match the bracelets you sell. Same for rose gold. If all charms had the option of each colour (even if it cost more) that would be good

Lovely bracelet - disappointed that the charm wasn’t personalised - if I missed the section where you put in your text it must not have been very clear ! Why would anyone order a blank charm - cost an extra £20
