This was my first purchase from Nomination and it was an extremely positive transaction.The charms arrived very promptly (within a week),I’m very very pleased with my transaction.

Not happy with nomination at all. I purchased a bracelet and charms for my daughter's 13th birthday. It cost £186.45. when it arrived, one of the charms was wonky and off centre. For almost £40 I wasn't happy with this so I made contact with customer services who took ages to respond, basically telling me because the charms are all handmade made the all have variation. I still wasn't happy with this explanation as I understand different sizes or shades but wonky and off centre is not acceptable for premium jewellery. I contacted again and didn't get any response for 48 hours. In the meantime I contacted trading standards for some advice and they agreed with me and sent me an email draft to send. This has still never been responded to. I also contacted through WhatsApp with no response. I messaged through Facebook and they contacted customer service and the finally responded to me and still stood by what they said and then sent me images of even more misaligned charms! This doesn't make my experience any better! It just proves that there is no quality control and that there is no pride in the workmanship of the charms. They refused me a prepaid label and said if I wanted to return it would be at my expense. I am not happy about this because this was a special gift for my daughter and it cost me a lot of money. I have them a choice, exchange the charm for a better quality one or I would do a charge back through my bank. They ignored me so I've gone through my bank now. I will never shop with nomination again, Your customer service team in Italy really need some training and quality control needs addressing because what I saw them charms were a disgrace

I feel the purchasing of new charms is somewhat confusing as how to put discount code it promises There is usually some sort of fine print the discount does not apply Frustrating! However my first bracelet is complete and it tells my story!!

I contacted the company regarding a damaged charm but received no response. Having spent a significant amount of money on multiple items, it is disappointing to see a lack of quality control for defects and a lack of support for customers.

Ordering was straightforward, delivery came relatively quicky. Asked for no packaging to avoid waste as I didn't need any, but still got sent a load, which was a bit irritating. Charms are nice.

Quite misleading in that I thought I was purchasing a giftcard as an 18th Birthday Gift and not just a sheet of paper and also didn’t know the “voucher” could only be used online and not in store
