Excellent shopping experience and beautiful, authentic products. My Bottega Veneta sunglasses arrived incredibly quickly, and I am very happy with the product. The sunglasses are beautiful and exactly as expected. Vistaexpert offers a great selection of luxury and designer eyewear, and I also really appreciate the variety of payment options available, including Klarna and Scalapay. The only negative point was the delivery service with UPS. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered to my home and was instead left at a collection point, which was quite far from my house. I paid €12 for shipping, so I expected the parcel to be delivered to my address. I have also experienced similar issues with UPS deliveries in Portugal in the past. I think this is something Vistaexpert should be aware of, as other customers in Portugal may experience the same problem. Considering the relatively high shipping cost, it would be worth considering alternative delivery partners that provide the service customers are actually paying for. Apart from the delivery issue, I highly recommend Vistaexpert. The products are beautiful, authentic and from excellent luxury brands, and the shopping experience itself was very good. I would definitely shop with Vistaexpert again.

Per quanto riguarda la spedizione, nulla da dire, il pacco è arrivato perfettamente, nei tempi previsti e ben confezionato. Il problema è il prodotto. Ho acquistato degli occhiali Ray Ban. Ho già altri Ray Ban acquistati direttamente in negozio e, confrontandoli, la differenza è evidente, materiali, dettagli e qualità sono completamente diversi. Sono quindi molto delusa, perché mi aspettavo di ricevere un prodotto RayBan autentico. La spedizione è stata impeccabile, ma gli occhiali ricevuti non corrispondono alla qualità e all’autenticità che mi aspettavo
