Ik heb een bestelling gedaan en betaald, maar geen bevestiging ontvangen. Toen ik de klantenservice mailde, kreeg ik dezelfde dag antwoord, dat het verwerkt zou worden. Omdat ik nog steeds geen bestelling heb ontvangen, in 2 weken 3 mails gestuurd. Hier is echter nog steeds niet op gereageerd en ook heb ik nog steeds mijn bestelling niet! Nog steeds wacht ik op een reactie en een goede oplossing. Ik ben enorm teleurgesteld!

I ordered 2 Solar bundle products and I never received the tote bag during the promotion. I am always demoralized by the way the marketing works with coolistar. I am buying the products in the offline shops for the past 20 years and I am a loyal customer but the online marketing and the direct buying from the web platform is always disappointing (I had issues in the past with a package I have never received). I will go back to buying instore from 3rd parties.

Les produits sont bien arrivés en Belgique et la qualité est bonne.

Les produits sont bons il n’y a pas de débat. Toutefois pour la livraison désastreux. Aucune info. J’ai dû aller à la pêche aux infos pour savoir où en était ma commande. Elle a été livrée sans que j’en sois informée et ce depuis une semaine sans que personne ne juge bon de me prévenir. ….
