Outstanding experience as always! I’ve been using Collistar cosmetics for years, and they never disappoint. I recently ordered four pieces of lipstick balm, and the delivery was right on time. The packaging was incredible—everything was neatly, accurately, and super securely wrapped with multiple layers and protective seals. The lip balms themselves are stunning and top quality. Fantastic products and wonderful care!

Ich hab sehr gute Erfahrungen mit Collistar! Mit Produkten bin ich ziemlich zufrieden und Kommunikation und Lieferung waren immer problemlos und sehr professionell.

Très satisfait de mon achat ! La livraison a été rapide et soignée. La crème après-solaire est vraiment top : son odeur est très agréable, elle pénètre facilement dans la peau sans laisser de sensation grasse et laisse la peau douce et confortable. Un très bon produit que je recommande !

Ordered something at 13 July! Still not received my purchase. And it's impossible to get any contact with Collistar! As you can imagine I'm not happy at all!

Je n’ai pas reçu la commande. Elle n’a pas été livrée. Depuis, le site est en maintenance et je n’arrive pas à messager le vendeur pour demander le remboursement.

Heb 90 euro betaald per bank op 2 juli 2 afslankproducten twv 90 euro. Nooit een bevestiging gehad nooit een treak and trace en geen ontvangsten van de betaalde producten. Heb niets binnen. Ik ben best geïrriteerd krijg jullie ook nergens te pakken. Ik wil de bestelde en betaalde producten binnenhalen 1 week ontvangen en anders mijn 90 euro terug
