My experience with Otticait has been terrible. They have a non-existent and unprofessional customer service. I had requested a return for glasses which they sent the wrong size for. At first they responded immediately asking for proof of the incorrect model, however once I sent the proof I have not heard back from them at all. It has been more than a week since I submitted my request and it seems they are completely ignoring me. I hope they see this and respond to resolve this issue in a timely manner. Otherwise I warn you away from buying anything from their website as they are very unreliable. If you encounter any issues you will end up losing money with their uncooperative customer service. I communicated in particular with Yasmin and Sabrin.

Sicuramente prodotto da esposizione. E arrivato confezionato con una scatola rotta all’interno di altrettanto pacchetto striminzito. Il prodottto interno potrebbe essere anche buono ma sembra Comunque già usato.
