Poder comprar unas gafas más económicas que su precio habitual, a veces puede generar desconfianza. Podéis estar totalmente tranquilos, en mi caso compré las zuri y son totalmente originales. Tardó un poco en llegar pero es lógico porque viene de otro país. Volveré a comprar aquí sin duda, gracias !!

Las gafas son preciosas! Y súper bien precio, tardo en llegar sobre una semana, pero con la diferencia de precio a webs españolas merece la pena esperar

Gli occhiali mi sono piaciuti molto. Solo i tempi di spedizione sono un po’ lunghi, ma la merce è arrivata ben imballata, e il servizio clienti è stato sempre puntuale nelle richieste.

I ordered a pair of Persol PO 3387V 1237 glasses fitted with Essilor prescription lenses (Order IT-2200009277). Upon arrival, the frame has a clear manufacturing defect: the top browline is completely asymmetrical. One lens rim features the correct flattened crown edge, while the other is rounded, making the glasses sit visibly lopsided on my face. I contacted customer support and provided marked photos clearly highlighting the structural defect. Despite this obvious photographic proof of an out of the box flaw, support has been slow to respond and continues to deny the issue. I am simply requesting a replacement frame fitted with my prescription under warranty or a return for a full refund. I hope management reviews my ticket to resolve this promptly.

prezzi molto competitivi, ma avevo acquistado due paia di occhiali, uno arrivato velocissimo, l'altro un mese dopo perche non avevano stock (anche se publiccizzato come disponibile prima e dopo l'acquisto).

Very disappointing customer service. The glasses arrived with a problem, and we contacted the store and sent photos as requested. It has now been around two weeks and we still haven't received any response or solution. Unfortunately, the after-sales service has been very disappointing.

Gli occhiali sono arrivati, in perfette condizioni ed originali, tuttavia ci hanno messo molto più tempo di quanto indicato sulla piattaforma. Per quanto riguarda le comunicazioni, peccano un po’, non sono davvero tempestivi; devo dire però che il prezzo è ottimo, molto più conveniente rispetto agli altri prezzi online, pertanto, se non avete fretta, vale la pena di acquistare
