La qualité des produits : très bonne. Par contre une promotion avec un sac de plage gratuit a commencé le lendemain de ma commande, je pensais pouvoir en profiter. Mais non ! Et livraison par UPS, un cauchemar ! Retard, colis abîmé et pas de livraison à domicile. Tous ces inconvénients justifient la note de deux étoiles, pas les produits qui sont top.

With regard to the promotion, we would like to clarify that it was not active at the time your order was placed. For this reason, your purchase was unfortunately not eligible for the promotional offer. Regarding the delivery, your order was dispatched from Italy on 15 June. A delivery attempt was made at your address in Belgium on 17 June; however, as the delivery could not be completed, the parcel was transferred to a designated access point for collection on 18 June, in accordance with the carrier's standard procedure. Le site est bon. La réception du colis est plus compliquée. Déplacement pour chercher le colis dont le livreur ne s'est pas donné la peine de chercher le destinataire.

When you order was above €65,00 (body care products) you get a present. But now Collistar tells me that sun products are not include, but is wasn’t mentioned on the website. I’m in contact with Collistar to send my order back, this takes a week all ready

I paid but never received what I order . So my money gone and no crème. I send an mail to collistar nobody answered. So my experience is not good at all

Je n'ai reçu aucun mail pour me prévenir de la livraison de mon colis, ni de la part de Collistar ni de la part du transporteur qui était UPS. J'ai du fouiller par mes propres moyens pour savoir que mon colis avait été déposé dans un point relais (que je n'ai pas choisis) depuis déjà une semaine. Je précise que j'avais payé 5,90€ pour être livré chez moi . 5,90€ jeter à la poubelle. Aucun avis de passage, aucun mail, aucun sms. Rien. J'ai envoyé un mail au service client Collistar pour savoir où était mon colis, spoiler alerte : aucune réponse.
