Un service international rapide, réactif et très efficace pour un ressemelage de chaussures de trail (travail soigné). Mais je trouve le tarif et les frais annexes (envoi & livraison) quelque peu élevés. Voilà pourquoi je mets 4 étoiles. Cependant ASOLO reste la seule marque qui me correspond pour randonner en toute quiétude.

My experience didn’t start off all too well. I ordered a pair of boots there was a disconnect in that process. But what was amazing simply by writing an email and reaching out, I was contacted promptly and my order was handled with precision. It turned into an amazing experience and I felt like I was the only customer! kudos to them. And thank you for a great product.

Good pricing and quick order execution, yet it was unclear how brokerage/custom clearing worked with my order. It would be helpful if the process for this was made more clear as I ended up having a lot of confusing back and forth with the shipper. Thank you.

Risuolatura scarponi Asolo Flame GTX — un servizio che consiglio a occhi chiusi Possiedo un paio di scarponi da trekking Asolo Flame GTX acquistati nel 2011. Non li ho mai usati intensamente — solo una settimana l'anno in vacanza — ma li ho sempre tenuti puliti e curati con attenzione, tanto che dopo tutti questi anni sembravano ancora praticamente nuovi. Quest'anno, a fine vacanza, ho notato che la suola aveva iniziato a scollarsi. La prima idea è stata quella più ovvia: "ormai hanno tredici anni, è il momento di comprarne un paio nuovo." Ma ripensandoci, mi sono reso conto che quelle scarpe, oltre a essere in condizioni eccellenti, avevano ormai preso perfettamente la forma del mio piede: sono comodissime, e trovare lo stesso comfort con un paio nuovo non sarebbe stato scontato. Così ho deciso di provare la strada della risuolatura, un servizio che avevo scoperto cercando online. Con enorme sorpresa, quando ho aperto la scatola al ritorno, ho trovato i miei scarponi praticamente perfetti, con la suola completamente nuova. Il lavoro è stato eseguito con vera maestria, senza intaccare minimamente la struttura e la vestibilità originale della scarpa. Il risultato è un paio di scarponi che sento ancora "miei" al 100%, ma pronti per altri anni di cammino. Un'esperienza a dir poco fantastica: prima di buttare via un paio di scarponi ben tenuti solo perché la suola si è consumata, vale davvero la pena valutare la risuolatura.

Shopping was fine - $16.99 shipping charge. Not unusual. Returning was awful - $85 FEDEX to return to Italy. They have no USA inventory management. The boots were $185. Unless you have previously purchased the style and size, and absolutely know they will fit, do not buy via this channel.

Asolo is clearly a well made shoe and respected brand in the outdoor space. I primarily wear Salewa, but have also used Scarpa and La Sportiva, aslo good brands in the space. I went onto the site and purchased 2 pairs of shoes, I used the sizing that I traditionally wear, and read reviews on the fit from Asolo. Unfortunately they were too large, and I would need a smaller size, and they were heavier than what I was looking for. They are also gore-tex, which I was willing to bypass for the right shoe, and unfortunately this wasn't quite what I was looking for, especially for the cost. However, in their defense, it is very clearly a very well made and high end shoe. From here I initiated a return. Being from the U.S. I read the return policy ahead of time and knew I would need to pay for shipping back if needed. The customer service team has been kind and professional. However, the cost to return the shoes is insane, being shipped back to Italy. There needs to be a disclaimer or something so customers understand cost expectations. Additionally, the process has been very difficult. For how much it costs to ship them back, this should be a streamlined process, not me having to do a significant amount of work going back and forth with customer service on what needs to be done to clarify, just so the return doesn't get hung up in customs. I think the quality of the shoe is great, if they work for what you're needing. But there is very much some customer service areas that need work, specifically to the U.S., that would make it a better experience. I'm not trying to be disrespectful, I don't need some special experience, but for the price point I'd have appreciated better clarification/expectations and a clear process.

Ho utilizzato il servizio di risuolatura messo a disposizione dalll'azienda con grande soddisfazione. La navigazione sul sito è facile e le indicazioni sono molto chiare. Dopo aver compilato un questionario ed inviato qualche foto delle mie pedule, mi hanno autorizzato il servizio e nel giro di due settimane ho riavuto le scarpe risuolate più belle di prima, hanno aggiunto anche una protezione intorno alla parte a ridosso della suola che prima non c'era (il mio modello era un po' datato). La possibilità di rimettere in sesto una scarpa in cui si cammina comodi è un servizio che fa bene anche all'ambiente e il prezzo è stato molto onesto.

I ordered a pair of women's size 8 and they were very large...a men's size 8, apparently. I attempted to exchange them on the website, but it said I couldn't return or exchange because I hadn't created an acct. That's unfair and a huge problem.

Ho acquistato gli scarponcini per i miei piedi con l'alluce valgo e li ho trovati molto comodi fin dal primo momento. La pianta del piede ha il giusto spazio senza essere compressa.
