5 stars for the resoling work from the Asolo people, boots came back like new, very satisfied. For North-American customers like us though, be sure to first consider all your shipping charges: sending the boots overseas the 60 euros to get them back via a non-optional and very expensive Fedex service the 'out of nowhere' 30 euro 'import duties????' from the italian postal services. Suggestion to Asolo: offer cheaper carrier alternatives for returning the boots.

Great service. Boots look brand new and feel great. Only issue is shipping to Italy. Luckily I have an Italian friend who flew to Italy over Christmas and shipped from Italy. Shipping from USA really wasn’t an option.

Wie schon zum wiederholten mal habe ich Schuhe bei Asolo bestellt. Diese sind nach zirka 48 Stunde bei mir gewesen. Was ich für sehr gut halte, desweiteren entspricht die bestellte Ware umfänglich der im Internet gesehenen Ware. Diese ist top.

The costs were not clearly explained at the beginning. There was an additional import fee, and then there was confusion about the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the repair is excellent. Thank you

This is the third pair of boots that I’ve had and feel that they have served me fantastic.They are comfortable and durable for what I do and I don’t think that I would buy anything else

Asolo promptly processed my order, it arrived well within the expected timeframe. I appreciate that they offer the resoling service.

Shoes are good quality; Howver: 1 box contained the shoes in the wrong size; 1/2 size bigger; luckily that fitted The one one was the correct, that is ordered soze, but exchange turns out to be a nightmare. Don’t think will order again directly from them, rather much from a distributor in the US to prevent the hassle of paper work, unclear instructions, and not working link on their website.

After contacting us when you received the boots, we need to follow our Sales Terms and Conditions and we do not offer free shipping and free returns which in case of return are at customer's expensive. When our local retailer chose not to carry Asolo boots, we ordered directly from Asolo. The order process was user friendly. We received email updates at each step of the order to ship process. We received regular updates on the FedEx shipment. We got the boots directly from Asolo sooner than our usual wait time for our special order (retailer did not stock the size needed) at our local retailer. It would be great if Asolo offered ordering of 2 different size shoes in a pair.

My 8 year old boots were beautifully repaired - they look like new again! It was also pretty quick - less than 3 weeks. This was much faster than expected, since they were shipped from the U.S. to Italy and then back again and had to clear customs. Very satisfied!
