Non è possibile recensire un prodotto appena ricevuto oltre a commentate l’estetica gradevole delle scarpe e la perfetta calzabilita’. La Vera recensione posso farla sulle mie Shiver comperate ben quattro anni fa. Ed è una recensione a cinque stele poiché la qualità di un prodotto la si vede nel tempo. Le mie Shiver ormai hanno la suola totalmente consumata ma, a parte questo, hanno dimostrato una robustezza strutturale ottima e sono ancora totalmente impermeabili come appena comperate.

This is the 3rd pair of Asolo boots and shoes we have bought for my husband. The shoes badly pinch the top of his feet though, seems like these are defective in this regard. I need to exchange them. I sent an email to you with the invoice, and I am being asked to create an account to get the return done. This is already a hassle to return defective boots, now I have to jump through unnecessary hoops to get it done leaving me frustrated with you brand. Furthermore, your customer service is offering to help, asking me to create a profile and share my username and password with them to assist. That seems really weird to me in a day and age of scammers and am surprised this is the process. Also, I have to pay return shipping when you sent me unusable merchandise. May you please just do this return? Sure, I will pay return shipping, just help me please get this done. Thank you!

Boot was well made and of good height. Support was adequate. Footbed is too narrow and white lining gets soiled quickly. Would not purchase again.

I contacted Asolo to resole my boots. I’ve had these boots for many years and they are sentimental to me for the trips I’ve worn them on. Asolo provided great customer service as I had to ship from the US, they were very accommodating and communicative. I received my boots back in a couple weeks, very quick for having to ship overseas. The new soles look great, the boots were returned clean and with new laces and feel even better than before. Very pleased with my experience and the care taken with my boots.

This is my sixth pair of Asolo footwear and my second pair of Ascent EVO GV... incredible shoes for my needs. I put tons of miles on these, mostly in urban conditions... always comfortable, supporting and long-lasting. The delivery from Italy to Michigan USA was really fast and overall well done.

I know the boots are of the highest quality, as this is my second pair. Wore the first pair for 6 years. First time ordering direct from the company. Very efficient process, had the boots in the color I wanted in just a few days!! Would definitely recommend this company and their products. 👍👍
