A bit disappointed in several styles of boots not being in my size but the quality of there boots completely makes up for that! Reaching out to see if they would have my size, someone got back to me immediately. Great customer service.

A great product, with super fast shipping and service! i have a pair of Fugitive books and bought a pair of Eldo's for day hiking. The Eldos are insanely comfy and absolutely cradle my feel. I love them!!

Recently I purchased a pair of Asolo Greenwood boots at size 12. They were too small and I requested a return after the 15 day grace period. They declined. Next i went with some Eldo shoes at 12 1/2. They were way too big. Not sure what’s happened but it seems to me that the sizes have shifted. I’ve been a lifelong Asolo purchaser. Customer service provides robot responses. Nothing special. Boots and shoes still are Well made however the unpredictability in sizing and poor customer service or causing me to rethink Asolo.

Impec ! Excellentes chaussures. Très confortables. Cependant, j'aurai bien essayé la pointure juste en dessous parce que j'ai un très léger doute sur la taille et j'aurais bien aimé l'effacer. Mais bon, sur internet c'est compliqué (j'ai déjà retourné des articles qui ne sont jamais arrivés chez leur destinataire). La prochaine fois je commanderai deux tailles différentes et je vous renverrai a paire qui ne convient pas (vous l'autoriseriez ?) Quoi qu'il en soit, une autre paire m'intéresse dans votre collection, mais je chausse dans les tailles rares (40 ou 40 2/3) et ce sont toujours les moins disponibles.

Possédant plusieurs modèles Asolo, excellentes chaussures, durables. De plus, pour le SAV (ressemelage) on en a pour son argent … à part la tige tout le reste y compris semelle intérieure, lacets, renforts, block semelle sont neufs pour le prix de juste un ressemelage d’un cordonnier. BRAVO!!!!

Servizio di risuolatura molto professionale. Dopo aver inviato le foto per le scarpette da risuolare è stata accettata le mia richiesta. Il servizio Marketing ha dato aggiornamenti puntuali e con gentilezza sulla risuolatura e le scarpette sono tornate come nuove.

I purchased the TPS 520 GV evo. I love them. They are sturdy, but light and easy to lace up. I purchased an all leather boot because I don't believe any non-leather boot can be waterproof enough to withstand the rain forest of the pacific northwest (US). My brother purchased the Finder GV, so we will see which of us stays dry. I'm not happy with the conflicting information on the asoolo.com and asolo-usa.com web sites about care for leather boots. It's not clear what product to use after I wash my boots. The video shows an Asolo branded product that apparently is no longer available.
