Excellent service - website easy to navigate, boot categories laid out in an easy to understand manner (such as walking, hiking, technical, etc), simple system to add to cart and checkout, and super fast delivery right to my home address. I've only worn the boots one time and they're as good so far as the four other pairs I've worn out in the last twenty years. Looking forward to using these.

This must be a joke. I had Asolo re-sole my Asolo hikers because the sole separated from the boot. With the shipping, cost of re-sole, duties to and from Italy from Canada, it's nonsense. There is zero value in this program unless you're in Europe. A brand new pair of boots is cheaper. They put a toe bumper on when my boots didn't have one making them horrible looking. It took well over 2 months start to finish for me to receive my boots that I'll donate to a clothing charity.

We specify that the shipping and duties are at customer expensive and that in case of a worn out upper which won't allow the resoling we would add a toe rubber cap or a rubber rand. I used resoiling service of my shoes. I bought them before 25 years and their bottom part was totally damaged. I sent the shoes to Asolo factory in Italy and they did a great job. Like new!!! The best shoe company ever!!!!

I did not expect the process to be so expensive - 65 eur resoling, 20 eur to ship to Italy and 20 eur to ship back is almost the price of new shoes. The outcome is great, but the overall costs surprised me. Would be better, if there was some way to ship them closer to Slovakia.

I loved the possibility to get my shoes resoled and I am now planning to buy further Asolo shoes (different type) because of this, your range of shoes that can be resoled is great. The resoling process took longer than anticipated as during holiday period - this is not a problem - I just wished some sort of communication of my shoes being received (for 3 weeks I could not figure out what had happened to them.

It should have been easy to include laces for my current boots with the purchase of my new shoes. I received a .message that they would have to be teo separate orders and I would have to be charged shipping 2X.

Excellent on-line shopping experience. Customer Service was efficient and helpful. Boots arrived on my front porch in Montana (USA) within 48 hrs of shipping! Incredible! I love my boots. Perfect fit!
