La découverte de votre marque sur les conseils d’une vendeuse d’Intersport Les Rousses a changé ma vie ! J’ai plus de 70ans, de l’arthrose aux chevilles, à un genoux, et je peux plus que marcher en terme d’activité sportive. Un de vos concurrents français propose un modèle (un seul !) en taille large et je ne fais pas une saison avec une paire, elle prennent l’eau etc … chez Millet je dois prendre du 43 1/3 et mon pied est encore trop serré… Votre gamme Wide Fit est un vrai soulagement pour moi … (Sachant que je les équipent quand même de semelles gel ou outdoor 3D de chez Sidas pour ménager mes talons et chevilles arthrosées). J’habite dans un village du Haut Jura à 1000m d’altitude et marche quotidiennement entre 5 et 7km chaque jours, au moins, avec mon chien dans les prés et les combes… quand il n’y a pas de neige l’hiver, souvent les prés sont détrempés MAIS mes pieds sont au sec - merci GoreTex - (hormis quand l’humidité perce mes guêtres et mouille les languettes des chaussure … un détail!). Je n’aurais qu’une seule vraie demande qui serait que vous proposiez un modèle Wide Fit en chaussure basse pour l’été et la ville … Merci de m’avoir proposé chaussures à mon pied ! The repair was excellent, and once my shoes reached Italy, unbelievably fast. I spent months trying to figure out how to send them there; Asolo never provided an address FedEx would use. When I finally got Asolo itself to arrange shipping, thing went swiftly. The costs were high, not clearly disclosed, and the eventual addres was nothing like any of the addresses Asolo provided me when I was trying to ship myself! Cheaper to buy new boots.

I live in Greece. I already have a pair of Asolo boots so I know first hand the level of quality their products provide. What was really impressive is that I placed the order at around 12:00 and then exactly around that time the very next day my doorbell rang. Very impressive! The boots look like they can survive a nuclear holocaust. Really sturdy and top materials as always. I haven't worn them on the field yet but I am sure they will do great. If you don't own a pair of Asolo shoes, you should. Highly recommended.

Achat prix promo intéressant..prepararion et livraison ultra rapide..chaussures taillent un peu grand . Demande d'échange..retour a mes frais ! Service retour un peu lent à donner une réponse...contact uniquement mail ..pas de tel joingnable Sinon tres belles chaussures

I received my resoled boots all the way from Italy and they look brand new, but with the same fit and feel. I'm so happy that I don't have to "break in" a new pair of boots and I saved materials from the landfill. It felt really complicated to mail my boots to Italy for this purpose, but customer service helped me out the whole way, and I had so many questions they kept answering. Thanks, Asolo!

My boots look like new! Fabulous result. Asolo were easy to deal with and professional. Kept me informed all the way when my boots were stuck in customs rather a long time. Swift delivery back to the UK with FedEx. Highly recommend.

Soddisfatto per il servizio pre-vendita e la celerità nella spedizione. L'unico aspetto che mi lascia perplesso è il fatto che, nel caso in cui l'articolo acquistato non è adatto (per esempio per taglia errata), le spese di restituzione sono a carico del cliente... si spera che non debba essere restituito...

Brilliant service provided by ASOLO from the moment I sent my resoling enquiry to the day I received my boots, so happy with the final result. The workmanship of the final product is superb. Great to have a company who believes in a sustainable future by giving new life to the old rather than adding to landfill. Every person whom I dealt with was courteous and helpful. I cannot recommend enough the service they provide.
