I decided to go with Resole my boots because the ASOLO FUGITIVE GTX has served me for a long time and I wanted to keep it. I am glad that this option exists. As far as the service itself is concerned, I have to say that everything was excellent, perfectly done and sent quickly, as well as the communication with those responsible was excellent. I can say that I have a new boot that will serve me for the next 15 years.

Excellent service and very happy with the resoling. One of my favorite purchases of all time roughly 16 years ago gets to continue seeing back country terrain for many more miles.

Heureux de trouver de chaussures faite en Italie Pays européen d'un super qualité souple confortable elles permettent de passer à une marche urbaine au sentiers caillouteux. j'ai déjà deux autre paires de chaussures italienne faite à la main jamais plus je n'achèterai des chaussures venues d'Asie.

I was surprised to find out how much additional shipping and customs I wound up having to pay, when shipping was included in the original cost. It was not made clear enough, I think, that only your return shipping was included in that, and had I known in advance how much it would actually cost I might have chosen not to repair the boots. On the other hand, once I received the boots, I was very happy with the quality of the repair that was done. Your staff did very good work. So it was a mixed experience. Thanks. David New

Ho posseduto degli scarponi Asolo FSN 95 GTX da ormai 11 anni che oggi sono fuori produzione ma sono esteticamente molto unici e sono super comodi anche nel uso cotidiano, e non a caso quel modello li è stato adottato dai corpi speciali degli Stati Uniti ! Usati e sfruttati al massimo in ogni condizione climatica. Si è scollata la suola di una delle paia e siccome tenevano ancora l’acqua e il resto era ancora in ottime condizioni ho voluto mantenerli e evitare il consumismo buttandoli e comprando degli nuovi. Mi sono rivolto inizialmente a vari calzolai in zona ma tutti mi hanno detto che è un lavoro specializzato e che non si potevano aggiustare. A quel punto ho scritto ad Asolo e da lì subito sono rimasto colpito da quanto veloce mi hanno risposto e quanto gentilì chiari e professionali sono stati ! Ringrazio Carol che mi ha seguito lungo tutta la pratica ! Infine ho scoperto che per solo 66€ potevo mantenere questi scarponi ancora per molti altri anni e in cambio mi hanno rimesso delle nuove suole, il muso degli scarpini nuovo e dei lacci nuovo e mi hanno anche rinforzato le parti delicati sui fianchi, il punto dove la pelle va a contatto con la tomaia. Il lavoro è durato una settimana esatta e gli scarponi sono tornati a casa mia come nuovi! Sono rimasto davvero molto contento della qualità e della professionalità di Asolo! Esperienza complessivamente positiva. Aggiungerei la possibilità del ritiro delle scarpe direttamente da casa organizzato da Asolo con qualche partner di fiducia. Prezzo leggermente alto

The trail shoes I just ordered from what I thought was Asolo, I suspect was some kind of generic company impersonating Asolo. These shoes are not the same quality as I've always received from Asolo, and they apparently were made in Vietnam. From what I read and understand about Asolo, ALL of their shoes are made in either Romania or Italy. Had I noticed that they were manufactured in Vietnam (Asia), I would not have ordered them. These shoes are definitely inferior to what I've always received from Asolo; when I put them on, I immediately realized they did not fit well at all -- Asolo boots and shoes have always fit perfectly right out of the box. I've been ordering products for well over 35 years. Also the tracking information and the shipment in general was obviously not from Italy, as they indicated.
