Je suis très satisfait : J’ai reçu par mail pertinent qui était conforme à mon attente. J’ai acheté sans aucune difficulté. j’ai bénéficier d’une réduction. J’ai été informé de la réception de commande de la préparation de commande de l’envoi et de la livraison qui était de plus très rapide. Merci beaucoup

Straightforward to order on-line. I was happy to do this as I have had Asolo boots before but the lack of UK stockists would have put me off if I was new to Asolo and couldn't easily try the boots on.

Ho effettuato un ordine per due paia di scarpe da trekking che sono arrivate perefettamente imballate e nei tempi previsti, le scarpe sono perfettamente rispondenti alle immagini, leggere e comode. Poichè si è resa necessaria la sostituzione delle scarpe per un cambio numero (suggerisco, per chi non lo sapesse come me, di prendere un numero più grande!), la Signora Anna è stata molto cortese e sollecita nel facilitare il reso e la sostituzione. Il mio giudizio è assolutamente positivo!

He tenido que devolver unas botas porque son muy pequeñas y los gastos de transporte, devolución y el no tener etiqueta de devolución hoy en día son cosas que deberían tener más en cuenta

Service client très réactif. Livraison très rapide. Mais même si je n'en ai pas eu besoin, et compte tenu du niveau élevé des prix, le retour des produits pourrait être gratuit.

Après avoir utilisé les différents filtres du site pour trouver une paire de chaussures de randonnée (femme). J ai reçu le modèle choisi mais pour homme donc trop large. J ai donc voulu les retourner, mais les frais étant tellement important que je vais devoir essayer de les revendre sur internet. Les filtres sur ce site ne sont pas fiable, il faut donc être très vigilant au moment de valider votre commande. Le nom des modèles étant identique pour les hommes et femmes cela porte confusion. Sinon le délai de livraison est très rapide rien à redire.

Ordering of my new boots was very easy on the website and order was processed and shipped very quickly. Boots left factory one night and I had them in the UK the next afternoon. Great service and will purchase direct again. Boots were in great condition and seam to fit perfectly so far.
