La mia esperienza è stato ottima. Precisione nelle comunicazioni. L'intervento è durato circa due settimane, come indicato. Le scarpe risuolate erano come nuove con lacci nuovi in regalo. Sono molto molto soddisfatto.

Asolo resoled my favorite, old boots. Shipping and Italian import duty were more than I wanted, but I consider the price you charged for resoling to be great. I wasn't expecting the long delay at customs, but your communication was prompt and you kept me up to date when there was progress. Thank you for expediting the return to me. Even with the shipping delay and customs duty raising the cost to equal what I paid for the boots 10 years ago, I don't regret having the comfortable boots being resoled by you. The new soles even have better design than the originals. The boots look and feel wonderful again. Your inclusion of an extra pair of purple laces to match the laces in my photos was a nice touch. Thank you.

While i was very disappointed with the collapse of the midsoles on my Asolo Fugitive GTX boots, which less than 7 years old, and which still had perfect uppers, I was VERY happy with their repair/resoling service, which took approx 4 weeks from date of shipping, and at $100 I felt was reasonably priced.

Purchased my Asolo boots over ten year's ago and after many years of use I managed to split the sole. As the uppers were still in good condition I used the Asolo replacement sole service - booked and paid online and followed instructions to send the boots off to Italy from the UK. Paid the 30euro duty due to Brexit and within two weeks the repair was completed and I am now in possession of a pair of ten year old boots that look like new! All cleaned up, polished, new laces new outer sole, new insole - Well happy with the service and communication from the factory. Was a bit nervous sending them off to Italy but Asolo provided a great service.

The re-soling of my boots took longer than I anticipated, but I did miss a few emails that explained why further action was required. Ultimately I’m delighted with the returned boots - you fixed a lace fixing that was missing and included a spare pair of laces too. The boots are set for many more miles and I’ve found the quality of the workmanship excellent.

Super schnell verschickt, Versand durch FedEx war nicht billig, aber so ist es eben. Dafür habe ich kostenloses Geschenk (Imprägnierung) erhalten. Persönlich würde ich präferieren, etwas weniger für den Versand zu bezahlen und keine Geschenke kriegen (ich habe genug Pflegeprodukte).

Asolo re-soled my boots and did a wonderful job. They came back with an additional toe guard. They also reworked the leather so it appears brand new. I was apprehensive about the cost of shipping there, then unexpected customs, and shipping back. But was very pleased when I got the finished product.

sito con faciltà di utilizzo. ampia scelta di prodotti con una chicca (possibilità di scelta calzata ampia). marchio che già conoscevo da più di 30 anni. dopo aver provato altri marchi (non all'altezza delle mie aspettative e pur essendo il materiale in goretex, mi capitava che camminando nell'erba umida e bagnata filtrava acqua. un paio di scarpe mi è stato sostituito in garanzia ma il risultato sempre lo stesso, piede bagnato). quindi ho riacquistato online da loro in quanto nella provincia di pavia non ci sono rivenditori. scarpa perfetta, comoda e tenuta acqua superlativa. ASOLO sinonimo di affidabilità, comodità e soprattutto marchio italiano. se si vuole la qualità la si deve pagare. ASOLO x sempre!!!

The repair itself was excellent; my walking shoes are like new. The four star review I gave is really only relevant to UK customers; the time it takes for Asolo to receive issues can be weeks due to Italian customs. There are also significant duties to be paid. This is not the fault of Asolo, it’s thanks to us leaving the European Union!
