Absolutely fantastic product, Very poor purchase website, Easy to confuse sizing, Absolutely unfair policy to consider regular size and Wide size as a product change thus not eligible for a size exchange. I give up trying to return my first purchase and donated then to the homeless, Will never order directly again

E' il secondo scarpone che acquisto, sul primo ho avuto qualche problema mentre su quest'ultimo, acquistato grazie allo sconto ricevuto, mi sembra perfetto. Per il servizio più che soddisfatto.

Ho acquistato le scarpe ARTIC GV misura 7 e 1/2 Me quando arrivate risultavano larghe, ho chiesto di cambiare con misura 7 ma per questo modello la taglia minima maschile e 7e 1/2. Il 7 lo trovo stesso modello da donna, chiedo di fare il cambio con questo, è quasi uguale in blu invece che rosso, a me va bene. Risposta: non è possibile perché è un altro articolo. Insisto ma niente da fare. Devo rendere a mie spese con rischio dovuto alla spedizione e sarò rimborsato dopo controllo. Spedito il reso in pratica ho speso circa 10 € per spese di spedizione della Asolo 7,5 per rendere con poste. Nel frattempo cerco un rivenditore per lo stesso articolo e ne trovo uno in Francia che mi spedisce le stesse scarpe da li (la Asolo invece è. 50 km da casa mia) costano circa 10 € in meno, (nonostante mi fossero state proposte in offerta al 30% di sconto!!) me le spediscono gratis e gestiscono anche l’eventuale reso gratis. Mi dispiace per la Asolo ma non posso essere soddisfatto. Consiglio di rivedere la politica commerciale.

Purtroppo, come le è già stato comunicato dal nostro servizio clienti non possiamo effuattuare il reso ed effettuare un cambio con un modello diverso (anche che sia da donna) perchè i codici sono differenti; possiamo sempre effettuare il cambio taglia di uno stesso modello o il reso per l'accredito. prinzipiell bin ich bisher sehr zufrieden mit Asolo, die aktuell bestellten Schuhe weichen jedoch von der Größe und auch der optischen Werthaltigkeit auffällig ab, bin gespannt auf das Ergebnis der Retoure und das was da noch kommt.

I had my hiking boots resoled and couldn't be happier with the result. The boots look brand new. Navigating international shipping was a challenge but Asolo's customer service for international customers was excellent.

1 The product is as always EXCELLENT: light, strong and comfortable boots or trail shoes ready to wear: no need to 'wear them in' as with old school leather boots. No blisters. 2. The re-soling service is excellent. 3. Shipping and distribution is excellent. Very fast. Be careful with FedEx who sometimes claim to have attempted delivery when they haven't rung the doorbell but usually get there in the end. It would be nice if FedEx could at least give an idea of what part of the day they are delivering e.g. 'between 08.00-14.00' or '15.00-20.00' rather than 'today before 20.00'!
