I have never purchased a pair of Asolo boots from Asolo directly until now. I was beyond satisfied. I was very pleased with how easy it was to navigate the website. I was also very pleased and shocked to receive my boots so fast especially since they were shipped from Europe. The only part I had trouble with was that there were no US dollar amounts. There were US sizes but no dollar amounts. I had to google euro to dollar. I still feel it was all a 5 star experience. Thank you Asolo for a good experience and a good product.

Asolo boots provide support and stability on a rough terrain. The selection of foot ware can accommodate most foot configurations -- narrow, wide, low or high arch. I am using them for heavy duty yard work on a half-acre property (including leaf raking). Thank you Asolo!

Asolo did a great job resoling my boots. Their customer service, speed and efficiency, and communication was excellent. I was grateful that they could be reused rather than going into a landfill as trash. It also saved money as resoling was cheaper than buying a new pair. I was upset to learn that it is common for the soles of these boots to have an “expiration date” at which point the soles just fall off. I hope the Asolo team is looking for a better method that doesn’t have this problem that causes an otherwise great boot to be undesirable.

Bought the same boots I had before. New boots were too wide. $75 to return boots is ridiculous. I will not buy ASOLO again.

Super light and very comfortable right out of the box. Love it and will be wearing these all winter! One thing to note is that the sizing indication for US is incorrect. This boot is listed as 8 1/2 but should really be 9 1/2. I always wear size 9 or 9 1/2 US and that is equivalent to 40 or 40 1/2 EU which this boot is. Buyer be aware.

I'm on my third pair of Asolo Fugitive GTX, worn mostly for day-hikes and backpacking trips of 3-7 days. I got 6 years wear on the most recent pair before the midsole broke up, and I decided to have them re-soled. The re-soling order process is a little awkward, like the way you're expected to pay before even shipping them. But it was well-enough explained (in multiple languages), and it all worked smoothly. Shipping charges to and from Italy end up costing more than the repair itself, but the total is still much less than a new pair of boots. Service was quick. I'll comment on the end result in the next section (spoiler alert - very happy).
