Asolo. Un nome che ho sempre abbinato a serietà, qualità e durata dei materiali anche in condizioni estreme per lungo tempo. Se proprio devo, preferivo la suola progettata da Asolo piuttosto della Vibram che in alcuni casi non è tanto performante.

I am an avid gardener and hiker and had a pair of Asolo boots for 16 years. I finally blew out the heel of one boot and needed to get another pair. They are hard to find in stores. I ordered online at Asolo.com and was surprised at how fast they shipped. I'm breaking them in, but so far so excellent!!

Awful experience trying to find the right shoe size and return products. I bought two pairs of the same model of hiking boot that I’ve been using for the last 12 years. Neither size fit me properly, so I’ve been trying to return them. Neither order is listed on my Asolo account because I initially checked out as a guest, before making the account, so I can’t request a refund the “official” way. I’ve tried contacting customer service twice before the 14 day deadline has passed, but nobody has provided me with any help. The only response I did receive completely misunderstood my issue and just copied and pasted information from their website, which I had already read. I’m now over €400 out of pocket, with no way to return these products. Appalling customer service and very poor translation throughout the website and by their customer service team. I’m not usually one to take issue with this as I realise not everyone can speak English, but if you’re going to have an “English” translated website and an “international customer service”, it would help to actually make the translation understandable.

Placed order not knowing product was coming from Italy. Boots did not fit. Cost to return (via FedEx, the original shipping company) equaled the cost of the boots. So, Asolo has NO VIABLE RETURN process. NO DISCLOSURE FROM ASOLO regarding possible cost of returning order. ASOLO NEEDS TO DISCLOSE ORIGIN OF SHIPMENT PLUS POTENTIAL COST OF A RETURN. I thought product was coming from a U.S. partner/warehouse. NOT TRUE. Product came from Romania and return to Italy. I will post review on Yelp to alert U.S. customers of hazards of ordering from your company. My husband is left with boots that don't fit. He will probably donate them to a charity. Our cost was about $250. Return shipping cost was $260.
