Ottimo servizio dalla fase di scelta, al pagamento rapidissimo, alle informazioni sull'ordine e sulla consegna. Ho comprato on-line per la difficoltà di trovare dei punti vendita che avessero in casa un minimo della vasta gamma ASOLO, ma non rimpiango più di tanto il negozio fisico se non per la possibilità di TOCCARE con mano il prodotto.

Ottimo servizio, confezione in scatolone spesso e rigido a prova di urti e schiacciamenti e fascette anti intrusione, tanto che la scatola originale è intonsa, Così come le scarpe, la taglia corrisponde esattamente alle aspettative. Tracciamento e spedizione del pacco senza problemi, addirittura ho ricevuto una telefonata dal corriere pochi minuti prima della consegna

Ordering twice from New York on a Friday, my order was delivered earliest the following Monday latest the following Wednesday via their base FedEx option. That's excellent considering my orders were shipped direct from Italy and going through customs. The purchase process was easy, fast with email follow-ups. I'm glad I can order direct as there are several models which don't make it to the U.S. market.

Communication from Asolo regarding shipping was sent only 2 days after the order was already shipped, resulting in delayed delivery of the order. Having the shipping immediately would have resulted in a 2 day shipping time, but unfortunately the delayed notification delayed delivery a further 3 days. Password for user account was emailed in plain text. This is insecure and bad practice. Otherwise the experience regarding website function and checkout was smooth.

Placed my order on tuesday evening, and to my amazement the boots arrived thursday morning making it the fastest online purchase I ever made. I am extremely happy with the quality of the Fugitive GTX boots I bought and will be recomending Asolo to anyone I know looking for new boots

probably the worst experience I’ve ever had this Italian company made it almost impossible for me to reach out to them to return a pair of the sneakers that I had bought I had bought two different styles and wanted to see which one fits best with my foot as I wanted to return one pair it became a three hour ordeal and I will never purchase anything from this company ever again .

Easy, smooth experience purchasing from the Asolo website. I always get directed to the Italian version of the site first, but can easily switch to US English thanks to an easy-to-navigate site. Thanks again!
