The re-sole of my hiking boots is perhaps the best experience I’ve ever had with a brand. I bought the shoes in 2014 and I’m glad that you offer a service that encourages repair over replace. The shipping details and customer service communication was super clear. I look forward to hiking with Asolo for many more years.

Ordering was smooth and easy and I had my boots in three days.

In one way, they did an absolutely brilliant job of resoling my boots-they look new. However, they are now unwearable. The sole is different from the original and jams up into my low arch. I will see if I can give them away.

Great results. Love having the boots back, all repaired, better than new.

The end result was excellent. I received my hiking boots (Canada-Italia-Canada) repaired to 'back-to-new'. New soles plus laces spares, tags, insoles, and polished. Communication with Asolo was timely and clear. Two issues: Duty charges by the courier company in and out of Italia for used boots and not being able to use Canadian Bank Euro Debit Card to pay online. Grazie.

The Asolo team was very helpful. The resoled boots look great. I can’t wait to try them out! The only thing that could’ve made the whole experience better was if the company had a US receiving and distribution center where I could have sent my boots because sending them internationally proved a bit challenging.

I had a pair of my wife's hiking boots resoled. They were sent back to the factory in Italy using their resoling service. The customer service and arrangements were made using the Asolo website. The resoling service was very efficient and the customer service/contact was excellent. The workmanship and result were top-notch. I highly recommend the resoling service to enable anyone to keep putting miles/kilometers on their Asolo boots.

I did a resoling in a pair of biking boots. The communication with the company to order a resoling is very easy and clear.

A bit more communication would have been nice. E.g. when the shoes to repair had arrived at Asolo. Or an expected time to repair, since I sent it over Christmas. I became worried in late January if you had received the shoes, since even taking Chistmas into account the state time on the website for a repair was long due. The work itself was very good.

The Asolo customer service team was helpful throughout the process: from handling my initial inquiry to sharing the process for re-soling boots to their provision of shipping options to Italy and the return postage. The workmanship of the re-soled boots is top notch. The boots continue to fit wonderfully. Looking forward to many future treks with my restored Asolo Fugitive GTX boots.
