I sent in my old boots to be resoled and every aspect of the process was excellent! Great communication, easy shipping, and most importantly the end result was fantastic! My boots are like new! I highly recommend this to anyone with old Asolo boots!

Pienamente soddisfatto sia del centro assistenza che ho contattato per informazioni su uno scarpone risposta velocissima e chiara ho poi acquistato lo scarpone scelto arrivato in brevisimo tempo e prodotto perfetto. So VERY! Happy! My 25 year old companions look brand new. The quality of workmanship is amazing, totally worth getting your boots repaired by the pros. I had a broken lace hook, they fixed it and I cannot see how they did the work, new laces, footbeds, the new souls are even better than the original. Thank you for the highest level of craftsmanship,. plus the turn around time was super fast..

Boots are top quality but with a $200 shoe I would expect no-cost shipping, especially if there are any necessary returns for size or dislike then it is another cost. Most retailers do NOT charge shipping for items over $75 USD. Get with the program!

Hello. I had Invoice n° 2023-1-06670, repairing the soles on my boots. Since I have gotten them back, I have noticed that they are not nearly as waterproof as they once were. Please advise if there's anything that can be done.

I recently requested help finding a specific pair of boots and Carol immediately responded with the location and contact information I needed and now I'm the proud owner of a pair of Nucleon mid hiking boots! So thank you so much Carol and thank you Asolo for making such great footwear.

Let me first say that I got my boots back and they were as good as new! I am super happy with the cobbling, the replacement of the laces and inner soul. The rest of the process with shipping and extra fees and being tied up in customs and that whole debacle is absolutely unnecassary! If Asolo is gonna offer a service then they should either streamline the process to where its one fee and all you get is a shipping label or they need to have a cobbler in the states. If I would have known all the BS associated with shipping boots overseas, I would have just bought a new pair or went with a different brand. Honestly its just ridiculous to send boots back. My advice to anyone wanting to send boots back, just buy a new pair,,,, trust me.. I am super happy with the boots when I got them back but everything surrounding just angers me and I am not a person who get upset easily. Learn from my experience, travel at your own risk.
