I loved my boots but the soles had become worn over the 9 years I'd been wearing them. I found Asolo's resoling service and used that - very happy with the service and with the results so far. I'm from the UK so there were extra charges and delays from Italian customs etc but the service was great.

This is the second pair- bought whilst waiting for my first pair to be re-soled. They are expensive, but exceptional quality. I wear mine most days for dog-walking in the countryside, and they always keep my feet dry. When worn from new they are immediately comfortable and I have not needed to 'wear them in'. A good choice for me as I have slim feet with a high arch. Once ordered online they arrived within 48 hours. Excellent product and customer service.

This is not my first experience with Asolo. I have, over the years, bought boots from them directly. Their service has always excellent. One time a courier lost a pair of boots and they replaced them immediately. This particular time was the resoling of my current boots. I sent my worn boots back and for an extremely reasonable price, the resoled my boots. Each step of the way, I was informed of where they were in the process and on receipt of the resoled boots, I was so pleased!! It was as if I’d bought a new pair!! First class service and customer relations. Well done Asolo-especially Carol

3-months for the resoling was too long to wait, there wasn't any progress updates unless we initiated them. Also, the additional fees charged were unexpected after the order was taken. Noticed the resoling added a layer to the sole, assuming that's an improvement to the configuration the boots are sold new since there are many complaints on Asolo soles coming loose

Ho usufruito del servizio di risuolatura e sono molto soddisfatta. Il lavoro è stato effettuato in esattamente 15 giorni e le mie adorate scarpe sono tornate nuove. La suola è addirittura migliore della originale ed ho ricevuto lacci e soletta interna nuovi. Posso solo ringraziare Asolo per la loro efficienza e professionalità Patrizia

My boots have returned looking as good as new in a new box with new laces too! Unfortunately the boots took about 3 months to clear Italian customs which made this a very slow service. Asolo were very responsive in my communication with them during this time. Would highly recommend their service but be cautious if you are sending from abroad. Leave plenty of time if you have any up coming trips!!

E' stata un'esperienza positiva. Dopo aver scoperto casulamente che alcune aziende effettuano la risuolatura e, guardando sul sito, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso che Asolo fosse tra queste. I miei scarponi sono parecchio datati, ma ancora in ottimo stato, Tranne il fatto che le suole non avevano più aderenza e il bordone aveva iniziato a scollarsi. Le risposte alle mie richieste di approvazione del servizio sono sempre state rapide e cortesi. Da quando ho spedito i miei scarponi ho sempre avuto riscontro di cosa stesse accadendo, fino alla riconsegna. Il lavoro mi pare riuscito benissimo (non li ho ancora utilizzati) e nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto, anche del rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sono convinto che questi servizi siano una concreta ed efficace risposta all'approccio ecologico dei prodotti.

die Produkte sind gut, der Service langsam und mäßig, eine Retoure kostet 20.- Euro nach Italien. Ob ich hier noch mal bestelle ist fraglich.

Ma paire de chaussures de randonnée Asolo m'a été offerte par mon père à Noël 2010. Nous sommes en avril 2026 et mes semelles étaient cassées. Je me suis tournée vers le service ressemelage et pour 90 euros, ma paire de chaussure est neuve de nouveau. Mon père est décédé il y a 13 ans et son cadeau de Noël perdure encore grâce aux services exceptionnels d' Asolo. Une chose est sûre, nos chaussures de randonnée dans la famille sont signées Asolo pour des générations! Le ressemelage est invroyable, mes chaussures sont encore plus costaud et solides que lorsqu'elles étaient neuves! J'adore mes chaussures et la qualité dépasse largement le prix! Le mot "Merci" n'est pas assez fort pour vous témoigner toute ma gratitude! Bravo à vous pour vos services, votre savoir faire, vos valeurs! Merci ❤

Asolo is the only boot company I wear for long distance hiking. 5 stars. Excellent service, quick shipping, and good communication. Second pair of boots. Hard use item that is worth every penny. You are paying for quality materials and consistent manufacturing. Excellent company.
