Ressemellage de mes 3 paires de chaussures de rando. Rapidité et qualité du travail. Mes chaussures ont maintenant la dernière version de semelle. Réalisation identique au produit neuf. Changement de la semelle semelle intérieure et des lacets si abîmés. Très content.

Comme d'habitude des chaussures de qualité, une livraison ultra rapide (commande effectuée le dimanche matin livraison le lundi matin). Petit bémol le colis a été livré chez un voisin sans aucune information de la part de fedex; imaginez la frayeur lorsque je vois sur le site colis livré sans plus d'explication de fedex. J'ai dû contacter asolo pour savoir où était le colis et chez qui il avait été livré. J'aurais préféré une proposition de nouvelle livraison cela permet de ne pas déranger les voisins, ou à minima un petit mot dans la boite au lettres ou un texto.

Rien à redire sur la réactivité d'envoi d'Asolo, la qualité et le prix du produit commandé En revanche, la livraison par le transporteur FEDEX France a été déplorable, 3 RDV non honorés et finalement une livraison le 16/07 pour un colis arrivé dès le 09/07 à l'Agence d'Annecy Une société tel qu'Asolo a le devoir d'intervenir fermement auprès de ce transporteur, au risque de mécontenter, voire de perdre certains de ses clients Cordialement

I was very pleased with their customer service. I ordered the wrong size and emailed them immediately and they were able to correct it with no issues, received my shoes literally a couple days later.

I had a pair of boots resoled by the Asolo team. The experience was great. The communication with Asolo was easy and helped guide me through the process. When the boots arrived home, I was very happy to see how beautiful they were again. They looked like new boots. Thank you to the Asolo Team.

The extra hassle of arranging a shoe repair as a 3rd country outside the EU is a pain but Asolo have made it as painless as possible. Its inevitably more expensive these days but based on the quality of the service and the condition of the repaired shoes after the resole I have yo say it us definitely worth the hassle. It took a couple of weeks to get my shoes (Asolo Field GV) returned. The soles had begin to delaminate. It's partly to do with how I sit when I relax. My feet tend to tilt which puts pressure on the side of the outer sole and midsole. Tge delamination began withon a few weeks of buying the shoes but I never got around to returning them before tge warrant ran out. The repair is exceptional. If Im honest I'm convinced that Asolo just gave me new shoes but that maybe a measure of how super their repair is. Either way I am super happy with the result. As an added bonus that can only be described as going the extra mile in the interests of customer service excellence the shoes came with new laces, new footbeds, and a set of spare laces. The total cost including international postage using Evri was about £100. Given the shoes are as good as new I think a 5 Star review is on order. If I take into account that a new pair would be about £175 and I'd have thrown the old pair out not only have I saved £75 but I've also reduced my waste. I like the Green nature of repairing rather than wasting usable shoes. I highly recommend using Asolo's service. Not only do they make the most stylish, fabulous mountain footwear on the planet but they provide an equally fabulous repair service, too.
