I recently requested help finding a specific pair of boots and Carol immediately responded with the location and contact information I needed and now I'm the proud owner of a pair of Nucleon mid hiking boots! So thank you so much Carol and thank you Asolo for making such great footwear.

Let me first say that I got my boots back and they were as good as new! I am super happy with the cobbling, the replacement of the laces and inner soul. The rest of the process with shipping and extra fees and being tied up in customs and that whole debacle is absolutely unnecassary! If Asolo is gonna offer a service then they should either streamline the process to where its one fee and all you get is a shipping label or they need to have a cobbler in the states. If I would have known all the BS associated with shipping boots overseas, I would have just bought a new pair or went with a different brand. Honestly its just ridiculous to send boots back. My advice to anyone wanting to send boots back, just buy a new pair,,,, trust me.. I am super happy with the boots when I got them back but everything surrounding just angers me and I am not a person who get upset easily. Learn from my experience, travel at your own risk.

Servizio serio e veloce non e' la prima volta che acquisto i vostri prodotti e visto che mi trovo molto bene come calzata ed efficienza calcolando che lu uso x l'orario x montaggio arredamenti e posa rivestimenti in legno quindi dal mattino alle 06.30 alla sera alle 19.30 ne acquisterò sicuramente ancora

Brand qualitativamente eccellente Asolo è sempre una garanzia ,calzata robustezza e anche piacevolezza vengono indossate in qualsiasi tipo di percorso outdoor. Acquisto semplice sul ito web e spedizione veloce con corriere che annuncia l'arrivo per telefono poco prima. valutazione super ottima. saluti

The shoes are absolutely fine. My issue is only with the delivery by DHL: its tracking was way off (and very ambitious). First of all, I did not need the fast-pace delivery that was my only option. In fact, if it would have saved me some delivery costs, I would have gladly waited two week for these boots. But what was really annoying was that the tracking was off in such a way I stayed home waiting for delivery in vain on a Thursday. On Monday the tracking information changed to Tuesday and it was delivered Monday afternoon. But again, great shoes!

Servizio si risuolatura ottimo, superiore alle risuolature tradizionali. La suola viene smontata in tutta la sua interezza e montata una nuova. Al rientro è come avere un paio di scarpe nuovo

I just received my boots today and I wanted to say thank you! They look amazing! The result of the resoling was beyond my expectations both in the quality of the work and the care that they took in packaging them to send them back. I have had these boots for a long time. When I saw that you offered resoling I decided to send my boots back because I loved them. I was so happy to see that in day and age where things are disposed of when they wear out that there are still craftsmen and women that will take the time and care to repair a well loved item and give it a new life. I bought a second pair of Asolo boots to wear while these boots were being repaired. They were so timely in the process that it was almost not necessary but be assured both pairs will be well loved and used. After seeing how how beautiful the boots look upon their return and your time and care my husband is now on your website looking for a mens pair! I am not on social media or I would be sharing this but be assured I will tell every hiker I meet along the way how happy I am. You have customers for life. Please feel fee to use my words. Thank you to you and your crafts people for all of your hard work. It is truly appreciated.
