My personal experience was not good, and it could have been avoided. While love my boots, and I am more than happy with the finished product - with all of the fees involved: Asolo's resoling costs, the import/customs fees, and shipping...I ended up paying more than what i would have paid to simply buy a new pair in the US. So - that should have been much, much more clearly stated on Asolo's website. Better - Asolo should do what most manufacturers do in this case: Include the shipping fee to send from wherever the customer is located to the factory in the cost of the resoling fee, and send a printable label for the customer to print off and afix to the box for shipping. That way, there is no guess work on what the real cost of the service is. As I said - happy to have my boots back, and they are in good shape. Not happy at all at the ultimate cost of the service - if I had known it would be this expensive to ship them to Italy and have it done, I would have just thrown them away and started with a brand new pair. Will not recommend Asolo to friends and family...

I just had an older pair of Asolo hiking boots resoled and was very pleased with the process. Asolo's customer service answered all my questions before I shipped my boots to them and everything went as expected. The boots are now like new, ready for many more years of use. I avoided putting a pair of worn boots in the landfill and spent much less than a new pair would have cost me. All good.

The boots arrived from Italy to Greece in less than a day! Very impressive. It's still summer so I am not wearing them but, the fit is excellent and the craftsmanship superb. The level of quality is as good as it gets. I have other Asolo boots as well and they never let me down. As a reference since I have a pair of expensive La Sportiva the Asolo looks and feel tougher. I highly recommend this brand. I am a client for years, and I hope I'll be for years to come.

Je connais déjà la marque Asolo (je possède 2 paires, une bien usée qui à engendré ma dernière commande),je suis entièrement satisfait à tout point de vue de ces chaussures de montagne sue je recommande à de nombreuses personnes.
