Resoled 10 year-old Agent GT shoe (European, not the later Asian model). I love the shoe and the resoling workmanship is in line with expectations (so, good). I resoled as that model shoe was discontinued and I really like them. My only "complaint" is that it is very expensive and took a long time. From sending to receipt was 12 weeks (admittedly US to Italy). I was very prompt with all payments and responses so no hang-ups there. It was also not inexpensive. Not to say that the costs were not justified, but new ones would have cost less - if they had not been discontinued. So my advice is that if the shoe/boot is still in production then new ones will cost less than resoling. If the shoe is old but you love it then resole it but know that you'll spend more that you would have hoped. Overall, generally happy.

A wonderful experience. I had a pair of hiking boots in need of new soles. The process was pretty easy except for the shipping the boots to Italy. The boots left before Thanksgiving and are back in my closet today. A fine job and great communication from your team.

Asolo were amazing. Communication was quick and clear. My boots are like brand new after resoling and I would absolutely do it again. After postage and duties costs I have saved about $160 compared to buying a brand new pair. It was handy having paypal app to pay duties invoice from Italy. Thanks Asolo, Excellent job and love the spare laces and leather refurbishment xx

Excellent experience shopping with Asolo. I don’t normally buy footwear online as I’m particular about sizing but the online sizing advice worked a treat! Despite coming from Italy the shoes arrived quite quickly with sturdy packaging. Perfect fit, stylish and comfortable - a happy customer. Thank you Asolo!

I received my boots quickly, but they were too big. I immediately requested a return and then found out that it would cost me around $100.00 to return them. They had cost me $179.00 total with shipping. I had no idea when ordering that it would cost that much to return them! If I had known I would not have ordered them.

I had a pair of TPS520 boots resoled. With the exception of the added toe caps, I am satisfied with the work and service provided by Asolo. The boots I sent to be resoled had no blemishes on the toes and I didn’t expect the added toe caps. I don’t think the toe caps were necessary and detract from the boot’s appearance.

I was absolutely floored and touched by the quality of this work. What I thought would be a simple resoling ended up being a complete restoration of my aging Asolo's that I purchased over fifteen years ago. They're literally more beautiful than the day I bought them, and I have never seen quality of work like this, ever. This is the best boot company in the world, and they've earned my business for life.

Ottima. Mi sono sempre trovato bene sia con gli scarponi da montagna sia con le scarpe che utilizzo tutti i giorni. Non facile da reperire a Ravenna e gli ultimi due acquisti li ho realizzati con internet. Contrario ad acquistare in questo modo ma conoscendo il prodotto sono sempre andato sicuro con le taglie. Acquisto on line direi ottimo e veloce. Il prossimo acquisto lo farò faro ancora su internet. Di solito con utilizzo tutti i giorni (arrivo a consumare le suole) la durata si aggira sui 3/4 anni con utilizzo anche in collina. Colore preferito il grigio (ultimo acquisto).
