Wanderstiefel zur Neubesohlung über den Shop beauftragt und nach Italien eingeschickt. Perfektes Ergebnis nach 3 Wochen zurück. Stiefel sehen wie neu aus, einschl. neuer Einlegsohlen und mehrerer neuer Senkel. Sehr gute Entscheidung mit sehr guten Service. Gerne wieder!

I am absolutely thrilled with the final outcome of these boots! To be honest, the craftsmanship and look are far better than I had expected. The attention to detail is evident, and they feel like they’ll last a lifetime. However, I do have one caveat for international or long-distance buyers. Being located so far away from the shop, I was quite surprised by the shipping costs and associated fees. It certainly adds a significant chunk to the total price tag. My advice: It’s incredibly important to read the fine print regarding delivery and freight before you hit that buy button. Pros: • Exceptional quality and finish. • Exceeded my aesthetic expectations. Cons: • Unexpectedly high shipping costs due to distance. Overall, I love the product, but just make sure you factor in the logistics costs so you aren't caught off guard!

Extremely responsive and very pleasant customer service. In addition to making great hiking boots, Asolo also does an amazing job of resoling their boots. My resoled boots look like new, and we're already broken in to fit my tender feet. Perfect!!!

Order came quickly but the shoes were the wrong fit. I replied asking for a return authorization and it has been 3 weeks and no reply from Asolo! I'm a long time customer and very disappointed.

After contacting Asolo via email, the line of communication was flawless. There were no surprise costs and the Asolo team was professional, informative and guided my purchase every step of the way. My only regret is that my Asolo boots were sent to Italy, and I wasn't in them. The resoling was excellent, and now I have boots that I love for many years to come, and many more adventures. Asolo boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. The boots, resoling and shipping were not cheap, but well worth the cost. Grazie di cuore Asolo team!

Excellent communication! Always very responsive and thorough. I am traveling and have not seen the repair yet, but my Asolo boots are of the highest quality so I expect the repair is also.

Meine Schuhe sind nun neu besohlt, wieder in sehr gutem Zustand und bereit für die nächsten 1500 Kilometer. Einziger negativer Punkt sind die hohen Versandkosten bei diesem Service, dies scheint allerdings ein generelles Problem mit Lieferungen aus Italien zu sein. Ich bin generell großer Fan von Asolo, neben meinen neubesohlten Drifter habe ich ein Paar Freney für den Winter in Gebrauch und habe mir eben mein drittes Paar Pipe gekauft.

Overall I am very pleased with the end result. The resole is better than new. The boots came back polished and also nearly looking new again. I was amazed at the quality. The only issue is the total cost when considering the service fee (which is reasonable) but then add the cost to ship and the duty taxes added up to quite a bit (I had to ship international from the US). Even with that and given how nearly new everything came back, I am happy I chose to have the service done.

The process was easy and straight forward. The correct product showed up as stated. Love the boots! The pair I replaced were worn every day for work for 13! years...and were still the most comfortable shoes I owned.

Fedele al brand Asolo da anni, ho recentemente testato le Falcon Evo GV. La calzata si conferma anatomica e precisa sin dal primo utilizzo. Il punto di forza è la suola Vibram® con mescola Megagrip, che assicura un grip impeccabile e un'ottima trazione sui terreni accidentati e pietraie. Notevole la gestione del supporto: il gambale offre una stabilità laterale sicura senza compromettere la mobilità longitudinale della caviglia. La costruzione della tomaia, priva di punti di pressione o cuciture interne critiche, elimina il rischio di sfregamenti e vesciche. Considerando le performance su trekking di media/lunga durata, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è, a mio avviso, il benchmark attuale del settore per la categoria hiking.
