I have bought a pair of boots that are WAY too big for me even though they are tagged as my size. They arrived after I left for a family emergency as my Aunt passed away and my family live over 1500 miles away so I flew to be with them . The boots arrived while I was away and I missed the 14 day return window. I was told that there was no wiggle room that by purchasing the boot I had accepted the 14 day return policy. I love Asolo boots but will never buy again because now I have to figure out a way to get rid of brand new boots that are at less two sizes too big but the label on the boot says they are my size. Poor customer service. Sincerely

Ho deciso di provare il servizio di risuolatura e sono rimasto davvero contento! A prima vista sembra un po' caro, ma il lavoro è stato perfetto, le mie scarpe di 15 anni fa sono tornate come nuove. Grazie!

Resole service at Asolo was very fast and cost-effective. While the TPS535 hiking boots are of excellent design, the durability of the polyurethane midsole is limited. This material should be improved or replaced with something with a longer useful life. Repair is satisfactory!

Asolo makes the best hiking boots for me, and now they have done the best resoling job. The contact line where the glue meets the upper of the boot is imperceptible—just like new. Asolo also replaced my frayed laces and put a thin toe guard on the scuffed toe of the boots. The company is easy to work with, but the Italian Customs during mailing is very slow. I was warned about that by the US Postal Service, which told me I would have to be patient and one day, after about two months, my tracking would suddenly show that the package was delivered. They were correct. I was grateful that the forms I printed from the website and attached to the outside of the box and also put inside the box were sufficient for the Italian government, which apparently discourages one from sending shoes to Italy. Fortunately, I had my newest pair of Asolos in the closet, and another very old pair to use during this time. I knew it was a gamble but it paid off. The persons with whom I communicated at the company were easy to understand, and their website was clear about how to send the boots and how to order the service. You need to follow those instructions to the letter. My husband says that when his boots need resoling he will wait until we visit Italy and either take them in person or at least mail them from within the country. In summary, Asolo followed an excellent product with excellent repair work and excellent, polite service and communication. The quality of the materials and skill leave nothing more to be desired. These are strong and beautiful boots with perfect support.

I could not be more pleased with results. I sent my well used boots to be repaired because soles were in very bad shape and when I got them back I thought I got a new pair. They did an amazing job so I really recommend this possibility with Asolo.

Grâce au service de ressemelage d’ASOLO, j’ai pu redonner vie aux anciennes chaussures de marche de mon grand-père. Malgré l’ancienneté du modèle, ils ont réussi à y adapter une semelle plus récente, un modèle Vibram, qui plus est ! Ils ont également ajouté un pare-pierre rehaussé de meilleure qualité. Le travail est impeccable. En bonus, j’ai même reçu de nouvelles semelles intérieures et des lacets. Merci d'avoir fait perdurer ces chaussures !
