La peor experiencia comprando online. Me mandaron unas zapatillas 2 tallas más pequeña que las que pedí, y tuve que pagar los gastos de envío, más de 45 €. No volveré a comprar! No lo recomiendo!

Las tallas no están bien. Compre 2 camisetas Adidas y elegí la talla 40 y me mandaron la talla 40 italiana que es una 36 española. No indican en ningún momento que las talla sea italiana. He tenido que regalar las camisetas ya que si las quería devolver tenía que pagar los gastos de envío y como había sido una oferta no me salía rentable. Muy mala experiencia, no volveré a comprar más, prefiero comprar directamente a la marca.

Todo correcto y en perfecto estado, pero me gustaría que el seguimiento del envío desde Italia tuviera alguna forma de saber su estado en la compañía (correos) que entrega en España.

Mal comunicación, sólo atienden por la tarde al tfno y no siempre contestan. Mal comunicación con los mails, tardan mucho y casi nunca contestan. Hace un mes que pedí el pantalón y todavía no me ha llegado ni me han devuelto el dinero y no me contestan al mail.
