So I have a pair of this exact sambas (same perforated material) but in cream and orange and they are the most comfortable shoes I own. They were comfortable the minute I put them on so when I saw them in black I jumped on them. Unfortunately these were not as comfortable. They felt much more snug and stiff. Perhaps with time they would have become more comfortable but I didn’t want to take that gamble for $110. I’ve also purchased classic leather sambas which I found still and uncomfortable so perhaps it’s just shoe dependent. I love the Sambas I have but have yet to find a second pair that feel as greats
