I ordered Women’s size 11 but received Women’s size 12 (Men’s 11). There was no way for me to tell they sent the wrong size because the shoes and box say “11.” Niece was so disappointed on Xmas morning. I am a few days outside the return window and am getting nowhere with customer service.
