I have been wearing shell tops since the 90s when I was a kid running around my Bronx neighborhood. I’ve only ever worn shell tops since. I can usually get about ten years wear from them. I purchased a pair in May, and they are already falling apart. The insides are ripping, and the shell top has cracked away from the sneaker. I am in shock concerning how bad the quality has become, and I’m hesitant to replace these with another pair.
