Does the job, but doesn't come with fitting instructions and is near impossible to adjust to the same height as the original two levers, making it hard to play. It works very smoothly and can be moved out of the way for songs when only two levers are needed, so all in all worth adding. I had to order from Italy to Taiwan as Duesenberg hasn't had any available on their own site or most of their dealers globally, so the manufacturer needs to up their game a bit!
