Very impressed with the service from initial ordering through to receiving my lovely new Brooks item. I was updated and kept informed during this process and the delivery only took 2 days from Italy to me. Amazing! I very much look forward to using it. Beautiful saddle and bar tape, but lacks of comfort (compared to non rubber saddles, still feels more than ok)

Ordered two saddles in different colours but only received one. Upon trying to contact them, they made me wait two weeks before replying. Now they’re blaming the shipping company and I’m still waiting for recompensation.
