Super fast delivery. Always a pleasure opening a package where you feel the care and attention put into every aspect of the consumer experience. You feel the quality and history linked to Brooks. The sadel C17 is a perfect mix of history and innovation. And way softer then my older Brooks sadel. Love it.

First, the shipping was unbelievably fast—much quicker than deliveries from many companies within the U.S. Most importantly, the Brooks saddle is a true work of art. The craftsmanship and quality are immediately apparent, and even on the first few rides, I found it exceptionally comfortable.

I had a very good shopping experience with Brooks England. The ordering process was simple and the delivery was fast and well organized. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I purchased the B17 saddle and have ridden 108 km with it so far. I did need to order a separate Ritchey WCS Alloy 7x7 saddle clamp to install it properly on my bike, but once mounted, the saddle has been fantastic. It already feels comfortable, supportive, and very stable while riding. I am very happy with both the service and the product, and I’m looking forward to many more kilometers with this saddle.

Allerdings war der bestellte „Tension Pin Assembly“ mit 64 mm zu kurz, obgleich auf der Webseite für meinen ca. 15 Jahre alten Brooks Flyer-Sattel ein 64 mm-Pin als passend beschrieben wird. Da Reklamations- oder Rücksendeinformationen nicht verfügbar waren, habe ich meinen alten Pin wieder eingebaut und den für mich unbrauchbaren Pin behalten.

The quality of the Brooks B17N saddle is unquestionable. Regarding the order and delivery, the order entry was simple, the intercontinental shipment was unbelievably quick, the supplier provided excellent tracking texts throughout the journey. Gold standard in vendor-customer experience.

The rivets look great and was exactly what I was looking for to make my Cambium saddle pop. Was all set to install them and noticed they were larger than the ones installed on my saddle. I pulled one of my off and not only were they larger, mine were more of a spline than locks into the frame opposed to square. I went back and check to see if I ordered the wrong item and there is only one option for the entire Cambium line. Mine is the C13 carved. Needless to say I’m disappointed.

Terrible. Brooks/Selle shipped the wrong part and has now failed to respond to my customer service inquiry. The order did not come up in their system so I now cannot do a return request. Not a good experience.

Ordered the saddle and cover of the brooks site but it was sent from Italy. The delivery company said they attempted to deliver the package although we were in all day and know they did not. Even in this review request they sent the options to not accept cookies were in Italian. Disappointing

These leather seats look so good on my collection of late 1970s Raleigh, Fuji, and Centurion bicycles that I am itching for any excuse to buy another seat. Add the leather handlebar tape and your vintage bike will look good enough to steal. Really high quality seats, I've bought both black and brown leather with the extra nice hammered metal. Seriously addictive seats! So I will have to buy more vintage bikes.
