Fast shipping to USA. Item was as described.

The Brooks website allowed me to filter based on my riding style and steered me to a B67 Short. The saddle shipped promptly and with excellent communication. It arrived beautifully packaged with a small packet of Proofide to protect the underside.

Product arrived in time, but is actually overpriced for what it is, the Leather Bartape. Most annoyingly, they are too short for standard drop bar handles. Where is the over a century experience with bike parts, gentlemen?

I bought leather bar tapes in the honey colour to match my Brokks Swift saddle as a replacement for a worn pair. I must say that although the quality seems identical, I am disappointed with the colour. I was expexcting a more hazelnut kind of honey tone, that version has more orange tinges to me, I am hoping that when it will worn out it will soften a bit.

The core shopping experience was 5-star. The product I wanted was out of stock and I chose to be notified when it was restocked. When I received an email letting me know the item was available, it was not available in the USA store for another week. That is why I chose 4 stars. This was not a big problem but it was confusing and slightly inconvenient.

Good ordering experience, quick delivery. 1 star deducted for excessive shipping charge. Would be better if there was a fulfilment centre in the UK instead of shipping every order from Italy
