Bought a replacement bike seat. Buying experience is fine. Bike seat is much more softer/flexy than expected. I will need to swap it out for something else. Not sure how to exchange or if I can at this point.

Love the C17 with cut out, but I wish the surface was smother and not quite so sticky- I like to slide back and forth and side to side whilst driving. The cut out gives it a nice flex, and I love the fact that it's not made of skin! How about a saddle made with slightly stretchy, strong cloth (hemp?), possibly with adjustable tension, and hopefully a smooth surface!

The shopping experience was wonderful. Received it in three days. My only complaint is that I had to go to the bike shop to get the tension screw installed. But I am a Brooks person through and through.

Very happy with the handlebar grips. I thought I was purchasing from Brooks uk and to buy British. So why did they come from Italy, which also took longer to get here.. Paying the £10 postage for such a small package is a bit on the steep side and I would have expected a next day delivery for the cost of shipping these out.. No way will they get here in that time from another country.. Next time I want to but Brooks products, I will buy them from a uk stocked shop. And not Brooks direct…
