Ich habe den Sitz am 18.5. bestellt und heute (30.5.) ist der Sattel noch immer nicht eingetroffen. Gleichwohl bekomme ich die Aufforderung meinen Einkauf zu bewerten?!

First of all, I would like to thank you for the fast and careful shipping. This time, I purchased a blue saddle from the UK site, which is not available on the Japanese distributor's site. Often, when there IS a Japanese distributor, direct shipping from the home country site to Japan is prohibited, so I use a forwarding service, etc. I would like to thank you for eliminating the need for such a service. I was very surprised that it arrived in less than a week, as it usually takes one to two weeks to ship from overseas to Japan. There were no additional shipping costs. The packaging arrived in excellent condition. The UK web site is excellent, with a great sense of the world of brooks. I also bought an additional handle after watching the video. Of course the product we purchased was perfect and we are very happy with the great user experience.

I bought a sprung B33 3 years ago. Comfortable and suitable for the riding I do. One of the chromed coil springs failed. It cost me just over £20 for a replacement, half of that was shipping costs as they ship from ITALY to the UK. That's not obvious until you buy a replacement. I emailed their customer services, but they didn't reply for several days. When they did, they told me I should order from a UK dealer, not from their website to avoid high shipping costs. The saddle is well made and should last for years. But support and spares for what was a UK company needs to be improved.

I bought the classic version, B17 together with Brooks maintenance kit. The packing and seat looks great. I did the first softning treatment, it is still very stiff, for the moment unconfortable. I'll give it 200 km before another review, I hope it will soften more.

I just be me but it's not as comfortable as the B-17 Also the way it's built it kind of mounts downward in the back. Maybe that's a way to adjust it to be more flat
