Very quick and courteous email response. Very quick delivery of saddle. the Professional appears like the right width but is considerably more uncomfortable than the swallow. Will continue to work it out and hopefully this will be the answer, a little frustrated that I cant get the team in silver or chrome rivets. c13 158mm may be the last resort for long range comfort on a road bike with aggressive geometry

In French : Modèle swallow = Un très bon et très confortable produit. le seul problème est : la tendance à glisser sur la selle, mais cela devrait se parfaire avec le temps.

I own a Brooks leather saddle, and those saddles require occasional adjustment, as leather naturally stretches over time. They offer a small wrench to facilitate that adjustment, and I ordered that wrench. There was a delivery problem, and I contacted Brooks directly. The representative with whom I spoke listened carefully, and promptly shipped another wrench. And yes! I love the Brooks saddle, and I love the service.

Very impressed with the quick thorough response. You can tell the individual behind the response is thoughtful and cares about your success symbiotically with their product. Saddles are very subjective and yet Brooks has impressed me with quality, customer service, and broadness of product choice. I enjoy the classic vintage look and the attempt to stay relevant with the Cambium line.

Item - Saddle C17 Was delivered Quickly. Boxing plus saddle itself was of a high quality, as expected. Have only done a small ride, but so far it's much more comfortable than a standard Brompton Saddle, very happy with my purchase.

The C17 has been a great saddle a perfect saddle on several of my fleet. I used it on a commuter bike then I got one for my mtb bike and I was very surprised how well it worked for that.

Greetings: my purchase was for a newly reintroduced B72 saddle. It was to be installed on a new retro, step through and upright seating bike I purchased. There was no mention that to install the saddle on modern seat posts, an adapter would be necessary. The only problem is a) the price, b) the shipping costs, and c) the availability of the adaptor. It was sourced from a location in Italy. If I had known the installation of an adaptor and extra cost I would have either ordered at purchase, saving separate shipping costs or given the total cost of the combined package, not purchased it. Is there a source for this adaptor in the U.S.? Can you provide a contact for this adaptor to me? I'm rather disappointed with my purchase decision and all the extras required to be able to enjoy it. I have just got 2 brooks saddles the B67 & the B67s soften leather haven’t put must miles on the B67 yet but first impressions a very comfortable ride out of the box so guessing it will only get better

I received timely responses for the support representative. However, nothing positive came from the conversation. There really didn't seem much interest in solving my problem.
