I did like the webshop with all the products available. I may be wanted a bit more communication about the status order. I received an e-mail with just the invoice without any text or other information. I was not informed about when it'd ship and arrive. DHL did provide me with plenty of information but that was after almost a week of waiting. Before that I wasn't sure if things were doing allright. The products are great. Nothing to say about that. Keep that up and may be we'll meet again.

The online purchasing experience was quick and easy. The product (Brooks Trouser Strap) is disappointing. I was happy to pay a bit more than other brands as I appreciate Brooks quality and usually trust their design and high quality products. Unfortunately the design of this is disappointing. The length of the leather is not long enough to fully wrap around my trousers. Typically I am wearing denim jeans with a rolled cuff. I am 6ft2" and solid but would not view my sizing as unusual. Subsequently the magnets do not fully purchase and hold tight. I am having to regularly stop and readjust the strap and feel it is only a matter of time until it comes loose during a ride. If this occurs I would not purchase another.

This is my second saddle…I sold the last bike with the saddle. When riding a hard tail bike…it can be brutal on the lower back…especially with all the bumps in the rd! My saddle takes the edge off and makes the ride more comfortable…this is the second electric bike I have upgraded with the B67 in brown and then black. Well worth the initial outlay.

I own two Brooks seats one for my SE OM Flyer and one for my Pinarello Prince. one is a short B17 and one a C13. very comfortable and work the money!

I had done an ultra cycle on the already very good standard saddle from the bike manufacturer. I had some sores after, I’d expected that to happen. I spend my last penny’s on the Brooks before heading for another adventure cycle. The difference is like night and day! Once I have enough cash again I will get a second one for my other bike. I have three more bikes that are waiting for a brooks …
