Ich habe mir einen "Pickwick Cotton Canvas" Rucksack bestellt. Bestellung / Bezahlung / Lieferung alles 1a. Der Rucksack ist super, sehr schön verarbeitet. Und tolle Optik. Ich hatte mir vor 10 Jahren von Brooks ein ähnliches Modell gekauft und diesen jeden Tag im Einsatz. Das finde ich absolut "langlebig" und nachhaltig. Sehr schön sind die Materialen, z.B. die Stoffgurte.

I purchased a used Gazelle e-bike and wanted to upgrade the saddle. I purchased a Cambium C67 directly from Brooks and could not be happier. Smooth purchase, arrived w/in a week, and the most comfortable saddle I’ve ever owned. Plus, no worries about pesky rain and snow! Cheers to Brooks!

Glad the saddle has replacement parts. Resources from the manufacturer on how to repair could be better (do they even exist?)!!! Shipping was fast but exorbidant for such a small part. Also the design isn't great as there is no way, besides clamping a vice grip on the threads to hold the bolt to bring up the tension as the bolt just rotates otherwise. Might be tried and true but is clamping threads is truely a mechanic's pet peev!

I recently purchased a Brooks pickwick leather backpack and I love it. For me it's the perfect size for daily commuting to work or going out for a day trip. The laptop slot is very secure. This is a high quality item and the price was well worth it. In fact, since this purchase, I have purchased a 2nd pickwick back pack. Once I placed the order, I received the item within only a couple days.

Une entreprise qualitativement au top qui propose de bons produits haut-de-gamme. J'ai acheté l'ensemble des sacoches de bikepacking et récemment une selle b17 carved! Du bonheur et de la classe! J'envisage d'offrir la même selle à mon épouse en version S. C'est dire si je suis satisfait. Une dernière chose, livraison conforme.

After being a happy B17 owner for over a decade, I’m heartbroken over my latest Brooks experience. I worked with a custom builder to create my dream bike for my 50th birthday, choosing a new B72 as the cherry on top. On new bike day, I couldn’t even ride it — turns out the B72 needs the Sandwich Seat Adapter, which I had to buy separately. When I installed it, the two spacers wouldn’t sit straight between the saddle’s double rails; they kept tilting to one side, leaving the saddle crooked. I had several mechanics try to fix it, but no one could get it right. When I tried to return the overpriced Sandwich Adapter through Brooks’ website, I just got an error message saying I didn’t purchase it through their store — even though I did. To make matters worse, my builder bought the saddle from a seller in Italy and can’t return it now, especially since the rails are scratched from all the attempts to fix it. After two weeks of frustration, I still don’t have a working saddle for my birthday bike. For a company built on craftsmanship and heritage, this has been the biggest letdown of my cycling life.

Recently, I placed an online order for a Brooks C17 Carved saddle. When the order arrived, the item was not what I had ordered or anticipated. I received it in a different model. I was able to obtain the refund after asking the sender a question. Because the product was unavailable and I received a different model with the sticker indicating that it was C17 carved, I am extremely unhappy with my purchase. I feel deceived.
