From ordering to delivery the service was 'spot-on!' The product that I received was as ordered. On opening the quality was plan to see. Just one point: It would be appreciated if there was more leather-care product included with the saddle, as this would go a long way in customer appreciation!

First off, great saddle (flyer special) and prompt shipping. I have always respected the brand and have a Brooks saddle on every one of my bikes: Raleigh Record (Champion Special with Brooks leather bar tape) Motobecane Mirage (Champion Special) DiamondBack RidgeRunner ( B-67) Peugeot Alpine Express ( Flyer Special) I just purchased another Flyer Special for my Kona fat tire bike and decided to go to the website after having difficulty finding a Special in local stores ( I'm a sucker for copper rivets) So far, 5-stars for the product. But, the website was frustrating. I immediately got bamboozled into signing up for an email service and a promised 15% off my purchase. After receiving the coupon code I copied and pasted it and it didn't work. I entered the code manually and it didn't work. I messaged the website and received a robo-response for generic troubleshooting. I tried again the following day and thought it went through but it didn't. It was a very frustrating gimmick. Again. love the products. But, a gimmicky, faulty coupon site doesn't live up to the brand. ~ Matthew

Arrived quickly and well packaged. The main problem with the Brooks saddles is there are no ways of testing them unless you purchase them. Unfortunately, i've bought 3 saddles before making a choice on the final 3rd purchase. many shops don'r stock them and once you attach it to your bike the product is 'used' It took a over 10 days for Brooks' to come back with a reply to a question i had.

Website was easy to navigate, and was looking for large leather backpack. Had to week until one was in stock then ordered. Shipped from Italy to Seattle USA in less time than ordering domestic. Bag is gorgeous and spacious. Easy to adjust. Can tell this will last a long time. Great for urban hoofing too.
