I appreciated the fast shipment of my order of 2 TENSION PIN 64 MM COMPLETE WITH NUT for my Brooks Leather B-17 Saddle. Unfortunately I believe it is a poor design which causes these pins to break.They seem solid enough but mine lasted only a year , so I bought 2, and it was a battle getting it back on the saddle even though I looked at a few video's. These are hard to find, but I love the saddle.

My new Brooks seat arrived in Florida (from Europe!) within 3 days of ordering. Amazed by that, and the seat is first class. I got the C17 carved seat in orange and it's super comfortable and looks great.

Buying a saddle is easy with Brooks, I particularly liked the fact that I could use the notify me when a product was available feature and that I didn't have to wait too long for my choice to become available.

Great experience! Have been using my Brooks saddle (Conquest All Terrain) for the better part of two decades. During that time it outlived three bikes. Recently a screw broke and can you imagine my joy when I found the replacement part with a few clicks at a fair price on Brooks' website? I also ordered the multi tool mainly for its special brooks saddle screw tightening tool. That is a great piece of craftmanship too. Along with a little bit of proofide I could repair and polish my saddle so it looks...well not brandnew but ripened in all dignity :-) I recommend Brooks now not only for the outstanding quality of their products but also for the immaculate after sales support. There are so few companies nowadays that stand behind their products in this fine way. Thanks a lot, keep the good work up.

Going online was simple and easy and the delivery was so quick to Australia it was a bit of a shock. The wrapping was very special and the quality of the leather on my saddle is so wonderful. I have fitted the saddle and its getting more supple and more comfortable as the days go on. I am looking forward to many hours of happy cycling once it is worn in.
