I find the products and the way they are showcased to be superb! I easily found what I was looking for and the purchase process was simple. I prefer Brooks saddles on all my bikes and am eyeing a nice leather saddle bag for my new B67 saddle. This is my second purchase from Brooks and it won't be my last.

Brook’s website has an Intuitive interface. I enjoyed to be notified when my reference was back in stock so I can order. I’ve made a mistake in ordering the wrong ref. Both the re-order and the return processes were extremely easy. I had an interaction with the customer service; Laura was very caring and helpful. I would definitely renew my experience whenever I get the chance to.

Ich habe mehrere Sättel und Griffe der Firma Brooks gekauft. Dabei hatte ich mehrere Brüche der Sattelgestelle. Teilweise nach kurzer Gebrauchzeit. Die Sättel wurden von einem autorisierten Fachhändler montiert. Das Problem dabei war die Erreichbarkeit, die Kommunikation und das Kulanzverhalten der Firma Brooks/Selle Royal. Leider ist die Kundenunfreundlichkeit meiner Meinung nach nicht zu toppen.

The saddle is great BUT I was charged a huge amount of duties, even though the website very clearly said taxes included. Brooks has not provided a refund of the extra taxes, instead telling me to claim it from the shipping company. The shipping company though says Brooks must sort it out themselves. I DO NOT recommend buying from this site.

My experience with Brooks England has been life changing. I was the neighborhood Bike Fixing kid when I was 9, and right now all of my Bicycles have Brooks Saddles on them. My Hobbie is making a variety of Bicycles for different Situations. I always hear the same thing from different people " I hate my seat!, why does my Butt hurt? Should I put a Gel Seat pad over my seat??"" Good Grief. Patrick McGee

shopping experience was fine. The product (B17 Saddle) is not good, especially the tension bolt. Have two B17s. One for about 20yrs, another one for only 4yrs. Tension bolt broke, which is extremely difficult to replace. I would NEVER buy another Brooks saddle, not worth the trouble.

Bought some rivets for my new Cambium saddle. 4 out of 5 of them won't undo - they just turn. I submitted a customer request form but a week later no response other then an auto reply. Poor product design. Poor customer service. It's a shame.
